Lease Crutcher Lewis is serving as CM/GC for this 32,000 square foot, two-story phased expansion of Oregon State University's existing Magruder Hall for new small animal clinic and surgery suites, research laboratories, library, Dean's office, teaching labs and faculty offices. The project also includes extensive renovation of existing facilities to accommodate new lecture halls, business offices, conference rooms and an anatomy laboratory.
