Tom McCall East is the 43,000 square foot expansion to the existing elementary school and the second phase of new construction at the Tom McCall campus following the completion of Tom McCall West. The new building consists of 18 classrooms, a library, administration space, a multi-purpose room and kitchen. After substantial completion, existing classroom wings will be demolished to make room for expansion of the Bus Loop, a new soft-play area and covered play structure. The new building connects to the existing gymnasium, which has been remodeled in phases, including new roof and gutter systems, exterior paint and replacement of storefront systems.
